Busy body

This video is from last week, after we just returned from Houston. Andrew initially noticed Aaron crawling back and forth for some reason... and then realized Aaron was putting all of his blocks into my boot! I thought I had removed them all afterwards, but apparently i forgot one, right next to my toe. ouch. It still cracks me up to see this though. :) (Sorry, the video is a little dark...)

Home for the Holidays! (Part 3)

After spending almost two weeks in Houston, we all headed up to Dallas with Yeye and Nainai to visit Angela gu-gu! The weather was great in Dallas and we took advantage of it.

Holiday Reunion

Last week, Mommy reunited with an old friend... and Aaron made a new one! We visited a fellow CLHS-er, Robin and her sweet little Solomon. Unfortunately, Dad and daughter Charlotte were napping during our visit, but it was fun to catch up and hang out with these two Ibrayevs, in addition to Robin's aunt and uncle. Solomon even helped Aaron walk around the house (Daddy held his other hand)! (Unfortunately, we didn't get a pic of this... you will just have to take our word for it!) Aaron is really starting to enjoy hanging out with older kids (especially boys!) and imitating them. Solomon even gave Aaron several hugs and kisses. :)

Home for the Holidays! (Part 1)

Here are some pics from our recent trip to Houston. I didn't take too many myself so there will be additional posts with pictures taken by Candace A-yi and Yeye & Nainai! :) We were able to spend two whole weeks in Texas and had a great time seeing everyone! Aaron also got to meet Chengho A-gu, who he had fun high-fiving and stealing food from. Hope to see everyone again soon!

Although we didn't take any pictures during the actual road trip, here is a picture of Aaron while we are waiting for Daddy at Home Depot. You get the picture... he was a trooper both on the way down to Texas and all the way back up to Chicago! We were extremely thankful not to have a screaming baby for 20 hours each way. :P Yay Aaron!

At least I remembered to take pictures Christmas Day! In the morning, we were at Ama and Agong's house with Candace A-yi and Chengho A-gu. It seems Aaron only needs one present every year. After he opened his Legos, we were hardly able to get him to open any more!
